Job summary

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in Silver Spring, MD. We offer clinic-, home-, and school-based services with evening availability.

We provide 40-hour RBT training for qualified candidates and support obtaining the RBT credential within 90 days. A high school diploma or GED and childcare experience are required, with strong communication and reliable

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to client homes, schools, or clinic locations as needed.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
• Support positive behavior development and behavior reduction goals
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Complete session notes and documentation promptly
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other service providers
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

Already certified as an RBT? We'd love to hear from you. Not currently certified? We can help you get started. BES provides the required 40-hour RBT training for selected candidates. Employees who are not certified at the time of hire must be willing and able to obtain their RBT credential within 90 days of employment.

Position Summary
