Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA seeks an enthusiastic individual to assist in delivering ABA services under BCBA supervision in Sikeston, Missouri. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and support clients in communication, social skills, and daily living tasks. Not RBT certified yet?

We'll support you through the certification process. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly attendance bonuses, paid travel time between clients, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
