SoaringHigh ABA seeks a dedicated individual to support behavior analysis services under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect progress data, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
The role emphasizes collaboration with the treatment team, documentation, and ongoing professional growth. A high school diploma is required, and RBT certification is preferred.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect data during sessions to track progress
Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
A high school diploma or equivalent
Compassion and patient approach when working with children
Reliable transportation
RBT Certification Preferred
