SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated professional to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in Missouri. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help develop tailored treatment goals while promoting communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
You will collaborate with the treatment team, document progress, and apply ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect data during sessions to track progress
Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
A high school diploma or equivalent
Compassion and patient approach when working with children
Reliable transportation
RBT Certification Preferred
