Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children with ASD. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to data collection and session notes.

We offer flexible hours and room for growth, with a supportive team focused on high-quality care. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to commute to multiple locations and attend staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation; must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
