Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You may work in the home or clinic environments with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

We emphasize rewarding work and strong guidance to help you become the best clinical therapist possible. Experience with autism, reliable transportation, and current RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English, verbal and written.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned
