Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and submit session notes under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• You must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)
