Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with a supportive team. A vehicle and valid license are required for commuting to locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.

• Data collection and session notes submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Up to 25% travel
