Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in Cumming, GA. The role operates in-person and offers a pay range of $20.00–$29.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time options under supervision by a BCBA.

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to work with children with autism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health
• Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress)
