Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Marietta, GA. The role involves implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision and helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This in-person position offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time), competitive pay up to $33 per hour, and supportive supervision to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work with children with autism and collaborate with families.

Pay: $25.00–$33.00 per hour

Location: In-person | Marietta, GA

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to work with children with autism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health
• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress)
