Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Rock Spring, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support development in communication, social, and daily living skills.

This in-person role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, $25–$33 per hour, and supportive supervision with opportunities for growth within a dedicated

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Collect and record session data accurately
