Job summary

FronteraCare in New Mexico is seeking compassionate RBTs to work with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will support therapy, reinforce skills, and document progress to help each child thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
  • Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
  • Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required Qualifications
  • Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED).

Health and Safety Requirements
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance.
Training and Development

Pay Range: $18 – $24 USD per hour depending on experience.
