Job summary

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
  • Support the educational experience by assisting in the classroom setting, promoting learning, engagement, and social development.
  • Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences for children with ASD.
  • Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school‑appropriate behavior for children.

Requirements
  • Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors or child‑sized furniture, and transition quickly from a seated position to a running stance
Training and Development
  • RBT Certification Support: 40‑hour training, competency assessment, and exam support.
  • Weekly BCBA supervision and feedback.
  • Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles.
