What You'll Do
- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- Support the educational experience by assisting in the classroom setting, promoting learning, engagement, and social development.
- Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences for children with ASD.
- Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school‑appropriate behavior for children.

Requirements
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors or child‑sized furniture, and transition quickly from a seated position to a running stance
Training and Development
- RBT Certification Support: 40‑hour training, competency assessment, and exam support.
- Weekly BCBA supervision and feedback.
- Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles.
