Job summary

FronteraCare in Clovis, New Mexico, is seeking dedicated therapy providers to deliver life-changing autism services to children and families. Applicants will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create engaging learning experiences to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The ideal candidate will have a high-school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess reliable transportation. The role offers personalized training opportunities and a supportive environment for professional growth.

We provide high‑quality diagnostic evaluations and ABA therapy, partnering closely with parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers to create individualized care plans rooted in each child's unique strengths, needs, and family context.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required Qualifications

• Proof of high‑school graduation (Diploma or GED).

Health & Safety Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child‑sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to a running stance.
