Supportive Care ABA LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Winona, KS. Earn $22-$28 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them develop essential life and communication skills.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, data collection, skill development, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure safe, positive learning environments.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively

• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
