Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred; we can help you get certified.

- 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
- Assist with behavior management strategies.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
