Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy MN is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in Saint Paul, MN. Positions available for both new and experienced providers; full and part-time roles are offered with strong training to advance in the field.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions, discrete trial and natural environment programs, teaching play/social/self-help skills, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with therapists. In-person work.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour ABA training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; assistance to attain RBT status available.

Overview

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field.
