Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Rossville, Georgia.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes and school settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, including high‑aggression clients.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active RBT Certification.
• CPR Training.
• Early intervention experience (ages 2–6) required.
• School-based experience required.
• In-home experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in child home and school settings.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: $21 - $27/hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home and school setting
