Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy in Chattanooga, TN, working one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision to support development.

The role is part-time and in-person, with a flexible schedule and pay of $21–$27 per hour. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and participate in supervision and team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Early intervention experience (2–6) and school-based experience are required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.

About The Role

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
