Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Rossville, Georgia team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and schools under BCBA supervision, collecting data and implementing behavior plans.

About The Role

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Rossville, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes and school settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home and school setting


• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA


• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors


• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA


• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
