Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Rossville, Georgia team. You will work one-on-one with children in homes and schools, applying ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life.

The role requires active RBT certification, CPR, and experience with early intervention and school-based environments. In-person work and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in home and school settings.

About the Role

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Rossville, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes and school settings, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home and school setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
