Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy in Richmond, Virginia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full- or part-time hours. The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$25, based on experience, with afternoons preferred and weekends as needed. Immediate start date and a collaborative, family-like team culture.

You will deliver ABA services under BCBA supervision, work with children with ASD at home, and contribute to progress notes and treatment plans. CPR and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT at Jade, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care by implementing personalized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision to help clients build essential skills and make meaningful progress. Your days will be filled with:

Must-Have Qualifications
