The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, has experience in ABA, and can work autonomously in home settings. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, with a schedule of 20–40 hours per week and a pay

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, providing behavioral interventions and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will communicate progress to families and caregivers and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
