Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Thomasville, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative environment.

As an RBT, you will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, provide one-on-one therapy, collect data with electronic tools, and collaborate with families to monitor progress. Training opportunities and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
