Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate closely with our BCBA/CCBA supervisors to tailor services to each child.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in family homes. A BACB RBT registration and a high school diploma are required, with higher education

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (CCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred
• Experience working with children with autism or related disorders (any relevant experience will be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
