Golden Care Therapy provides in-home ABA services to children with autism, delivering one-on-one therapy under supervision to support communication, social skills, and daily living goals.

The role requires RBT certification, at least 1 year in special education or ABA settings, and offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth and an onboarding bonus. Schedule can extend from part-time to full-time as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year of experience in special education or ABA settings preferred.
• Experience delivering in-home ABA services is a plus.
• Ability to collect data and follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
