Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings. RBTs are supported by BCBAs and receive mentorship toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is sufficient for the role.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills (communication, daily living, social skills, etc.).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform BCBAs' decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the RBT:

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
