Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients across home, school, and community settings with compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. You will collaborate with supervisors to implement programs, collect data, and help learners develop essential life skills.

The role is part-time and offers supportive supervision for BCBA certification, with opportunities to grow professionally in a locally owned practice.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, and/or community.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

RBTs are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the RBT:

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
