Little Champs ABA in Utah seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a caring, locally owned team. We emphasize staff well-being and provide supervision for BCBA certification, plus attractive wages and benefits.

Positions available full and part-time across client homes, schools, and community settings. RBTs will deliver interactive ABA therapy, collect data, and support learners in daily living and communication skills, under supervision from BCBA professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills: communication, daily living, social-emotional skills.
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based methods.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $22-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)


• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.


• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)


• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.


• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.


• Reliably attends scheduled sessions


• Participate in ongoing trainings
