Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings and support staff with supervision and mentorship toward BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in home, school, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills increasing independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

• $25-30/hour

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
