Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Pearland center. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and implementing BCBA-approved treatment plans.

You will track progress, document outcomes, and communicate with caregivers and supervisors to ensure consistent care. The position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Able to communicate effectively in English to implement plans and document accordingly.
