Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Pearland, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Pearland Center.

You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, monitor progress, and support families, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Competitive pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
