Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Castle Hills Center in Lewisville, TX. You will work under a BCBA to implement treatment plans and regularly track progress for families.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with kids and ABA therapy is desired.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
