Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team and deliver high-quality in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Schedule Required for This Position:
Mon-Fri: 9:30 am-5 pm or Mon-Fri: Morning Hours or Mon-Fri: Afternoon Hours

Job Type: Full or Part-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 20+ hrs/week

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
