Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team in Millen, GA. You will provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress in CentralReach.

The ideal candidate is reliable, has strong communication, and is passionate about helping children gain independence. In-home sessions, part-time hours, with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
