Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The part-time role runs Monday–Friday from 2:30–5:30 pm, with approximately 15 hours per week, and includes mileage reimbursement and weekly pay.

You will implement BCBA plans, record data in CentralReach, complete notes, and work with a clinical team to support children in gaining skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
