Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. This part-time role provides in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 sessions and tracking progress in CentralReach.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation, with a passion for helping children gain skills and independence. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–6pm, about 15 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.
