Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to work in-home with children and young adults with autism, following plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision and collaborate with a clinical team to support ongoing growth.

This role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development, plus benefits for full-time employees and PTO. A high school diploma or equivalent and current RBT certification (or willingness to complete)

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification [if applicable to this opening]
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• [Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required]

Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this role.
