Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults with autism in in-home and community settings, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

The role offers a part-time schedule (4–7pm, Monday–Friday) with paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development; benefits include health insurance for full-time staff, PTO, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.
