Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with children and families under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, learn from a clinical team, and contribute to meaningful progress in everyday activities.

You’ll receive paid training and ongoing BCBA supervision, with opportunities for professional development. Benefits include health coverage for full-time staff, PTO, tuition discounts, and fellowship options.

Formación

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required.
• Able to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification [if applicable to this opening]
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
