Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children and families in Lawton, OK. You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions


• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client


• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time


• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA


• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings


• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
