Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes and schools. You will follow BCBA-designed plans, track progress, and collaborate closely with families and teammates to support meaningful growth.

We welcome RBTs actively pursuing certification and offer a supportive, heart-driven team with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and meaningful opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Passion for working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA team.
• Track progress using training systems and tools.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.

Pay Range: $25–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
