House of Hearts ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our heart-driven team delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.

We require RBT certification (or actively pursuing it) and value a love for working with children, a positive team spirit, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn and grow. We offer flexible schedules, supportive BCBA mentors, and opportunities for career advancement.

Pay Range: $23–$30/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Start Date: ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you!

Full Time/ Part Time Available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
