House of Hearts ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will follow treatment plans set by BCBA supervisors, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to help children thrive.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) must be current or actively in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using provided systems and reports.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child outcomes.

Pay Range: $25–$31/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
