Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide caring, 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools. You will follow treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians and track progress using our simple training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or actively pursuing certification) – willingness to obtain.
• Love for working with children and a positive team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians.

Pay Range: $24–$29/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
