Job summary

Champions ABA in Brighton, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem positions to support one-on-one ABA therapy with children and adults who have ASD and other developmental disabilities.

You will work under the supervision of BCBAs and licensed therapists in home or community settings, helping implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and a HS diploma is required; prior ASD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RBT to work one-on-one with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes or in our community-based settings. You'll work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote social, communication, and behavioral skills.
