Job summary

Bright Achievements in New Jersey is seeking caring Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement ABA procedures, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support children toward meaningful progress.

This part-time, on-site role offers after-school and evening shifts with a pay range of $26.00–$32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • RBT certification required, in good standing with BACB
  • Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities desired
  • Strong communication skills
  • Driven to be part of a growing organization with growth potential
  • Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Attend professional development trainings as required
  • Work with BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures
  • Provide in-home and community ABA therapy
  • Collect behavior and skill data during sessions
  • Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work

We are seeking caring and professional,Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician:
  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician:
  • High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Required
  • Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
  • Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
  • Strong communication skills required
  • A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential
  • A valid driver's license
