Job summary

Bright Achievements, a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based ABA therapy for children with autism, seeks caring Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA supervision. This role is in-person and part-time, with after-school, evening, and weekend options.

You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to data-driven, compassionate care, with professional development and supervision available as you help families reach meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Salary:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school
• Evening shift
