Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring technicians and RBTs to join our team, under supervision of a BCBA, providing in-home and community ABA services.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual/Spanish-speaking technician required or strongly preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred RBT certification; employer may support obtaining it.

Responsibilities

  • Attend professional development trainings as required.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency dedicated to providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism. We are seeking caring and professional,Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician
  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required

  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors

  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician
  • High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; RBT certification may be required, and support to obtain it is provided.

  • Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities

  • Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles

  • Strong communication skills required

  • A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential

  • A valid driver's license
