Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency delivering home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, supervised by a BCBA. We seek caring Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team, providing in-home and community ABA services, collecting data, and collaborating with a BCBA to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher preferred; related field is a plus.
  • Preferred RBT certification from BACB.
  • Experience with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and professional demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA procedures.
  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
  • Collect and record behavior and skill data during sessions.
  • Respond to client and family needs with professionalism.
  • Maintain goal-oriented approach and professional conduct.

Bright Achievements is a family-focused Behavioral Health Agency dedicated to providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism. We are seeking caring and professional,Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician:

  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required

  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy

  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors

  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician:

  • High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities

  • Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles

  • Strong communication skills required

  • A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential

  • A valid driver's license

Job Type:Part-time

Salary:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • After school

  • Evening shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
